First off  I wish I wasn't writing this, I shouldn't be but here we are! Note:*The names have been changed because I'm scared of one them! 

My first encounter was with the team, we'll call her Miss X. I had an Eclipse question that I wasn't getting an answer from any staff member. They were basically dodging and ignoring me. So, I finally out of frustration I posted my question/comment on Miss X's status post. It was about her favorite singer being her new religion or something. (I wasn't trying to cause trouble but nobody was answering me. It was pointless and I honestly hoped she could help.) 
And I was wrong! Miss X tore me apart! She basically said that 'unless I had a comment about the singer not to invade her posts!'  She talked down to me like a child! This is who they hired!? 

Tbh, I probably shouldn't have been near her posts but I think she overreacted just a bit. I didn't curse, I didn't threatened, I never said anything horrible or nasty. She made me feel so low and I think she liked that, tbh. Honestly, if I ever need help with Eclipse I would never go to her ever again. And I truly believe she would be fine with that.

But I did apologize three times. But she never accepted my apology either. I guess she wanted me to feel worse. Keep in mind this is over a post about a singer.
Anyway, instead of being an adult she's actually fought with users, she's been sarcastic with me. I find her intimidating. I have the journals to prove this unless Da has deleted anything. (hmm?)
Also another staff member I've dealt with is Mr. ?. No help! Answers certain questions and responds to compliments, only! And recently there's been an increase in fighting on Eclipse and core members being mistaken for staff and being attacked! So, I tried to tell him but he ignored my comment. I got upset and he apologized. But despite that he still ignored me and it's still going on!
I am just shocked by this! They just don't care!

Da can do all they want to this site but people (even new users) may leave not just because of Eclipse but also because of the staff!
